Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of A2Z Image Craft ("the app"), developed and published by Bitty ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Free to use
The app is currently free. It has no advertising, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
2. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows this.
3. Your photos and content
- You keep all rights to the photos, images and files you edit. We claim no ownership of them.
- All editing happens on your device. We do not receive, store or view your images.
- You are responsible for keeping copies of important photos. Always keep your original files.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the images you create, save and share with the app. Do not use the app to:
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of other people;
- create or share illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading content;
- harass, impersonate or deceive others, or create false documents.
5. Results and accuracy
- Platform sizes: the sizes for social media and online shops are based on the platforms' guidance at the time of checking. Platforms can change their requirements at any time, so check the platform's current guidance for important uses.
- Passport & ID photos: the app offers common photo sizes only. Rules differ by country and change over time. Always check your country's official rules. We cannot guarantee that a photo will be accepted.
- Background removal: results depend on the photo and may not be perfect. Check the result before using it.
- Print size and DPI: print results also depend on your printer, paper and print settings. Make a test print before large or expensive print jobs.
- Compression and conversion: some formats and quality settings reduce image quality. Keep your original files.
6. Third-party services
The app uses Google Play services (including Google ML Kit) for some features. Your use of these services is also covered by Google's terms and privacy policy. Images you share go to the app you choose, and that app's terms apply.
7. Future paid features and advertising
We may later add advertising or optional paid features. If we do:
- we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before or at the same time as that version is released;
- any payments will be handled by Google Play, under Google Play's terms and refund policies;
- features you already have in the free version will be clearly described if they change.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features of the app, and we may stop offering the app. We will try to keep the app working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no guarantees that the app will meet your needs or work without interruption or errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo, design and code belong to us or our licensors. The app includes open-source components, listed in the app under Open-source licences, which are covered by their own licences.
12. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your right to use the app if you seriously break these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The current version is always shown in the app and on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the app after an update, the new Terms apply.
